RISONAS Beauty Lab Shop is an online store that focuses on beauty and health and offers truly valuable products .
We pursue "truly good products" from every angle so that as many people as possible who are "beauty-challenged" can find the products that are perfect for them .

So what exactly is "really good"?

Now, I would like to answer that question for those of you who are meeting me for the first time.
Please read to the end and begin your beauty and health journey with us.

This may seem sudden, but...

"Really good things" is a wonderful phrase, but it is just another common phrase like "natural" or "organic." For some people, it is like "I know it sounds good, but it doesn't really resonate with me..."

In recent years, thanks to the mainstreaming of online sales, some people may have had bad experiences in the past , such as "The product I bought was completely different from what I expected," "I didn't feel the effects as the word of mouth said," or "It took a long time to arrive after I purchased it."

In fact, I once bought a cosplay costume for the popular anime One Piece character, which was labeled as a "popular item" online, but was disappointed by the ridiculously long nose and the costume's lack of resemblance... so I understand how you feel (lol).

What would you like to say to those of you who are visiting us for the first time?

"Don't worry. The products sold at the RISONAS Beauty Lab Shop are important products that our staff use themselves ."

What I mean is...

What the RISONAS Beauty Lab Shop aims for is not immediate "sales," but "a rich life beyond beauty."

It may sound like an exaggeration, but we want to be a partner to help you enrich your life .

With this in mind, we work in collaboration with experts and RISONAS Beauty Lab (online salon) to develop and select products that are highly functional, reliable, and backed by evidence, with a thorough focus on ingredients and manufacturing methods .

We also value communication with our customers, and have social media and communities to respond to each and every customer's requests, such as, "Please tell me how to use a facial cleanser that is gentle on the skin effectively," "I would like to hear from people who actually use our products," and "When is the best time to take this supplement?"

That being said, we staff members also have a lot of worries .
They brainstorm together in preparation for the launch of new products , thinking about things like "How can we deliver the product to customers so that they will be happy?" and "How can we convey the quality of the product?"

However, even at times like those , we are truly encouraged by the happy comments from our customers, such as, "I lost 1kg by drinking green juice! What's more, it's so delicious that I'll definitely be buying it again♫," "Since I started taking NMN supplements, it's become easier to wake up in the morning, which used to be so difficult! Thank you," and "Yesterday's post was interesting! I always look forward to it."

We will continue to strive to create "truly good products" so that as many people as possible will think, "I'm really glad I found the RISONAS Beauty Labo Shop ."
