• The RIZONAs Online Store collects and publishes product reviews for the mutual benefit of our customers and to serve as a reference for customers when selecting products.

About review submission

• We ask that you provide as accurate information as possible in your review based on your own experiences and impressions.
• By submitting a review, you agree to these guidelines.
• The review management tool uses the review management platform "judge.me Reviews," which is also used by other e-commerce shops. You can create your own profile page and edit and manage your past reviews yourself.
• You can choose to remain anonymous or use your initials as the poster's name. You can also change your nickname from your "judge.me Reviews" profile page.
• If you have actually purchased the product, we will send you an email requesting a review.
• You can also leave a review directly from the EC store site (product page).

Notes on contents and copyright

• Submitted reviews may be published in advertisements and promotions (printed materials, websites, Instagram, X, LINE, email newsletters, etc.) for our company and the RIZONASU Group companies without notifying the poster.
• We may extract or edit parts of reviews. In that case, please note that we cannot respond to requests to delete or edit the reviews.
• Reviews may be used as a reference for product development and quality improvement, but please note that no compensation or rights are received by the poster.
• All copyrights of reviews belong to our company, and the poster will not exercise the moral rights of the author. Please note that we are not obligated to delete the posted content even after the poster has left our site.

Prohibited content

Please refrain from posting reviews that include the following:
