Purchase points

For every 100 yen (tax included) you spend,
1 point will be awarded .

How to use points

Tap "Proceed to checkout" on the cart screen.
Please enter the number of points you wish to use in the red box on the payment screen.

Points usage rules

❶When shopping at the RESONUS Online Store (https://resonus.myshopify.com/),
1 point can be used as 1 yen .
❷ Points can be used in increments of 1 point.
❸ When using points, the points with the shortest expiration date will be used first.
❹ Points can be used to pay for products, but not for shipping fees.
❺ Points can only be used for the first delivery of a regular order. They cannot be used for subsequent deliveries (automatic payment).

FAQ

Where can I check my points?: You can check it on My Page.

Do points have an expiration date?: The expiration date for points awarded for regular purchases is one year from the date of award. Please note that the expiration date for special points awarded for birthdays and other occasions is different.

Where can I check the expiration date of my points?: You can check your points at the bottom of the top page under "Point History."

Can I use various coupons and points together?: Coupons issued at the RISONAS Online Store can be used in conjunction with points.

I used points and ended up paying shipping fees, so I want to cancel the use of my points.: Due to the system, any changes made to an order will result in the order being cancelled and reordered. (Cancelled stock cannot be guaranteed.)

I couldn't use my points when making a purchase: If you are unable to use your points, your order will have to be cancelled and reordered, as points cannot be deducted later. Please make sure to check on the payment screen whether you have been able to use your points before confirming your order.
