Regular service guide

Delivery cycle: Each product has a different cycle. The date of your first order will be the date of your next order.

Shipping and delivery methods: If you purchase a subscription, there will be no shipping fee. You cannot specify a delivery date and time for any of the products.
If you purchase Bikan Aojiru on a regular basis, it will be delivered to your mailbox.

Shipping date: Starting from the order date of your initial subscription, orders will be placed on the same day for the following month and shipped within 3 business days.

Change cycle, skip, or cancel: You can change the cycle, skip or cancel up to 10 days before your next order date.
Regular members can change the cycle, skip or cancel from the fourth order onwards. To change the cycle, go to [Regular Purchase List] on your My Page.

Timing of cancellation: We do not accept cancellation of subscriptions at the time of purchase. Changes or cancellations can be made after you have received the product.

Combined Shipping: If you have multiple subscriptions, we can combine your orders and ship them together by matching your order dates.

Additional orders: If you run out of items before your next delivery, you can place an additional order from the [Regular Purchase List] on your My Page.

Change your shipping address: The delivery address will be the address you registered when you applied. If there are any changes to your delivery address, please make the change at least 10 days before your next order. You can change it by going to My Page → [Regular Purchase List] → [Confirm Details] → [Edit] the delivery address at the bottom of the page.

Credit card change: You can change your credit card information from the "Subscription List" on your account page.
You can change your credit card information by clicking the "Check details" button in the subscription list.

If you change your membership: ・If you cancel your Oasis membership while under a subscription contract for Oasis members only: Your subscription will be changed to a subscription plan for general members only.
・If you sign up for an Oasis membership while undertaking a subscription plan exclusively for general members, your subscription plan will be changed to an Oasis membership plan.
