What are Liposomes?
These tiny capsules are made of phospholipids, which have the same basic structure as cell membranes. They are 1/300th the size of intestinal epithelial cells, and ingredients trapped inside liposomes have the characteristic of being easily absorbed by the small intestine. For example, by trapping nutrients that are poorly absorbed, such as vitamin C, in liposome capsules, it is possible to absorb them more efficiently.

Take one packet per day by dissolving in 100ml to 200ml of water or your favorite beverage.
